Tracking Service Hours

How to create a Community Spark service hours entry.

The Community Spark service hours entry is created to be a quick and simple task for any employee. Employees enter their service hours in four simple steps.

  1. Go to your Community Spark dashboard
  2. In the upper right, click on Track.
  3. Enter the organization, date, the number of volunteer hours, and answer a few questions.
  4. In the "What did you do" area, share what you did and any stories about your volunteer experience and/or the organization. You can also share photos. We want to be able to share the impact you are making!

For employees who have registered and participated in events created within Community Spark, they will additionally receive an email after the event prompting them to enter their hours with pre-populated event information.
