How to manage employee Sparks in Community Spark as an administrator.

Community Spark allows administrators to manage all Sparks for employees. Managing sparks allows you to approve Sparks before they are published and to view all shared and received Sparks by employees. The Sparks management functionality is located under the Manage section of Community Spark.

Approving Sparks

To approve a pending Spark, you can simply double click on the pending state (marked in yellow) which will allow you to approve, deny or leave the Spark as pending.

Spark Flagging

Users also have the ability to report sparks if they find a spark offensive by flagging the Spark. If a Spark is flagged, it will be removed from the employee user view and notated as flagged in the Manage area of Sparks.

Spark Reporting

Quickly view Sparks given and received by employees with the filtering functionality in Sparks. You can also filter by creation date, approval status and by typing words to filter by in the note column.

Spark Notes

The notes section in Sparks now has a tool to view the entire copy of pending and approved Sparks. Simply hover over the note and a box with the entire text will pop open.
