Navigating Social Assurance

An overview of the view options in the Social Assurance dashboard to help you view and manage your content.

The Social Assurance platform provides multiple tab views to help users navigate all of the marketing and social materials managed within the Social Assurance tool. Tabs include:

  • Content - Provides a summary display of all content statuses. Content can be viewed in a Kanban chart, content calendar or list view. Filter options allow you to limit the view by assignment and channels.
  • Social - Displays all active social media conversations. Filter options allow for organization by assignment, social channels, rogue posts and complaints.
  • Monitoring - Provides oversight into web and social monitoring. Within the monitoring tab you can manage monitoring and archive, favorite, comment or flag notifications. The Monitoring tab is also where monitoring terms are set up and managed.
  • Moderation - Provides an overview of all content, details and status.
  • Binder - Displays all activity as sorted by labels. Labels can be used to organize content by things like campaigns or locations.
  • Reports - Provides detailed activity and engagement reporting.

You can expand the sidebar to display the tab names by clicking the arrow next to the Social Assurance logo.
