Creating Content Libraries

How to create custom content libraries in Social Assurance.

Content Library

You can create multiple content libraries for your approved members to use in composing their social posts. You may want multiple content libraries to help you specify content for your users. .

Content libraries can be created in two formats. They can be created as a regular content library or as a pre-approved content library. The pre-approved content libraries allow for pre-approved posts to be created that can immediately be published by any content creation-approved user. These pre-approved posts will not be processed through the approval step. Note that if a pre-approved post is modified in any way, the pre-approved functionality will be removed and it will be placed in the approval queue to be approved for publishing. All posts in regular content libraries will follow the approval workflow for publishing.

To create a content library.

  1. Select "Libraries" on the Channel Management navigation pane, then click "Create Channel."
  2. Name your Content Library and select your brand. Determine if you would like the content library to contain pre-approved posts and click "Submit."
